Gnocchi are delicious Italian dumplings. Students will learn how to make soft and pillowy Potato Gnocchi during this class. Gnocchi tasting will be offered at the end of the hands-on experience. Each student takes home gnocchi they have made during the class.
Class is 2.5 hours long, from 11:00am to 1:30pm.
