garganelli
Garganelli are short, ridged tubes made from egg pasta dough. Vegan option is available by request. Fun to make and so delicious! This shape scoops up sauces beautifully! Tasting is served at the end of the class. Each student takes home Garganelli they have made during the class. Memorable and fun hands-on pasta making experience!
Class is 2.5 hours long, from 11:00am to 1:30pm.

All booking requests are pending approval. To confirm a class, a booking request should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the requested date. You will be notified by email when your booking request has been approved, with a confirmation of the date and time of your class, and with a confirmation of cost.
