Cappellacci pasta is a type of Italian stuffed pasta similar to ravioli. This class is developed for those who have completed our Pasta 101 class or those who have made fresh pasta before. Vegan option is available by request. Cappellacci could be served in broth or in a sauce. Tasting is served at the end of the class. Each student takes home cappellacci they have made during the class. Absolutely delicious filled pasta!
Class is 2.5 hours long, from 11:00am to 1:30pm.

All classes run from 11:00am – 1:30pm (our booking system may not reflect an accurate time). A 48-hr notice is required.
