My name is Natalia. I am a pasta aficionado and foodie! I have a degree in marine biology and linguistics and I worked at the University of Victoria, BC for many years. I love travelling! I currently live in Granville Ferry, NS with my husband and 6 chickens.
I hold my pasta making classes in my own residence in the charming village of Granville Ferry, across the river from Annapolis Royal. I currently offer private classes for groups of 2 to 6 people for ages 8 y.o. and up. Length of the class is about 2.5 hrs. It includes hands-on pasta making experience followed by a delicious tasting. Depending on the time of year, tastings are held either indoor or outdoor on a patio. Each student takes home fresh pasta they have made during the class. Making fresh pasta is fun and therapeutic. Pasta making experiences are perfect for families, couples, bachelorette parties, birthdays, and more!
To confirm a class, a booking request should be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the requested date.
My partner and I had the best time learning from Natalia on how to make homemade pasta with fresh and organic ingredients! The whole experience was incredible and the kitchen and Natalia herself are so warm and welcoming. We would absolutely love to come back to try another one of her classes!

My partner and I, with our friends visiting from out of town, did the vegan pasta 101 class. We all had an amazing time. Natalia is so warm and welcoming. We were immediately comfortable entering her beautiful home. We made the most amazing fettuccine and delicious pesto. We learned a lot and I will be making that pesto so much for everyday use!! We had laugh and then filled our bellies with the hard work we all did. We would recommend this as a fun activity to do with friends, family, or even yourself! My friends said it was the highlight of their trip to Nova Scotia. It’s a beautiful and not too long of a drive from Halifax. 10/10 recommend this experience.
